03 / Ascension of Services

Continued improvement. Lasting value.

There is always more to learn from the way a service performs in everyday use. Ascension of Services (AoS) brings ongoing attention to your processes, platforms, and team: reviewing what is working, addressing friction, and making improvements as priorities change. Start with an established environment or a growing roadmap, and agree a scope and pool of hours that fit the work you need.

What we bring

Build momentum. Keep ascending.

Health checks & improvement planning

Review service performance, process maturity, configuration, data quality, and feedback from your teams. Turn the findings into a prioritized improvement backlog, with clear owners, practical recommendations, and measures of success.

Enhancements & automation

Apply agreed hours to catalog and workflow improvements, reporting, integrations, automation, and platform configuration. Address recurring friction in manageable increments, then review whether the change delivered the intended benefit.

Advice & team enablement

Give administrators, product owners, and process owners access to a partner who understands the environment. Work through design decisions, build team capability, and keep documentation and operational knowledge useful as the platform evolves.

Measure, learn & improve

Review service trends, adoption, stakeholder feedback, and the value delivered by recent changes. Revisit priorities together and adjust the roadmap so the next investment reflects what the organization needs now.

Is this what you need?

A good fit when…

  • Your existing services need regular attention and a prioritized improvement roadmap.
  • Your team would benefit from familiar ServiceNow, Ivanti, or service management expertise.
  • You want to balance everyday enhancements with larger architectural and process decisions.
  • You need to measure progress and adapt investment as business needs evolve.

A little more clarity

Common questions.

Do we need a new implementation to use AoS?

No. AoS can support an established environment at any stage. We can begin with a health check, a backlog of improvements, or a discussion of where your team needs regular expertise. The engagement is shaped around continued improvement and your current priorities.

How does the pool of hours work?

We agree a commitment and a scope for using those hours across consulting, enhancements, and project needs. Specific terms are set out in your agreement.

Is emergency support available?

We can discuss escalation support and response requirements as part of your agreement. Availability and service levels depend on the agreed scope.

What happens to unused hours?

Rollover and renewal arrangements are defined in your agreement. We’ll explain these before you commit.
